Hi! My name is Carol and welcome to my blog! I am originally from Houston, Texas but moved to Virginia to attend Liberty University in 2020. I studied writing in undergrad at Liberty and haven’t used my degree even a little bit in the real world. So, my fiancé, Mason, told me to get back out there and to write. I chose to write about things I’ve watched for two reasons: I watch a lot of random stuff and I have opinions on the random stuff I watch.

My watch history includes a multitude of genres ranging from Rom Coms to Horror to Musicals. I grew up watching The Simpsons and SpongeBob with my dad, baseball and action movies with my mom, and sappy teenage coming of age stories with my friends, so my taste is diverse. There are very few movies I will say “no” to watching and even fewer movies that I truly dislike. Mason and I have the Regal movie pass so we really do go see anything and everything. If it gives you any insight into my movie taste, here are my top three: Mamma Mia, Trolls, and National Treasure.

I totally don’t expect a lot of people to read this; this blog is really a project just for me. I want something tangible that proves I still love to write even if it’s about the silly shows and movies I watch.
